Where is candidate data hosted?

In France, at Scaleway (Paris region): résumés, emails, phone numbers and attachments never leave the country. JobAffinity's AI also runs in France. Your data does not go to OpenAI, and no subcontractor is located outside the European Union.

We already use another ATS. Is switching heavy?

No: your job ads, applications and talent pool are imported, and your teams are guided through onboarding. You don't start from scratch, and human support based in Paris follows you during the migration and after.

Can the AI reject a candidate on its own?

No, never. The AI ranks, suggests and prepares. The decision stays human at every step, and rejecting an application is always the recruiter's act, as required by the EU AI Act.

Does JobAffinity replace my recruitment team?

No. It absorbs the repetitive work (sorting, data entry, follow-ups, writing) to give recruiters time back where they are irreplaceable: meeting, assessing, deciding.
