Is the system suited to town halls and small local authorities?

Where is my data hosted?
In France, at Scaleway, the same infrastructure as the DINUM and several French ministries. JobAffinity is published by a French company with French capital: your candidate data sits outside the scope of the CLOUD Act.
Do you have SecNumCloud?
The SecNumCloud qualification is in progress on the hosting provider side; it has not been obtained to date. What is in place: data centres in France, APSAD R13 certified and HDS qualified, on the same infrastructure as the DINUM and several French ministries.
Can the AI reject a candidate automatically?
No. It is impossible in the tool: JAI scores and explains, the recruiter decides. And it has been prohibited by Article 22 of the GDPR since 2018 for any decision based solely on automated processing. The SCHUFA ruling (CJEU, 7 December 2023) confirmed that human oversight must be effective.
What about a CNIL audit or an appeal?
Every opinion and decision is traced and time-stamped, retention periods are configured, deletions are automatic. The complete history is available.
