Outside the CLOUD Act, by architecture
The CLOUD Act lets US authorities demand data held by companies under US law, even when hosted in Europe. JobAffinity is not subject to it: capital, teams, hosting and AI are French. No foreign authority can demand access to your candidates' files under the CLOUD Act.

An AI that never rejects a candidate
Automated rejection based on a score has been prohibited since 2018 (GDPR Article 22, confirmed by the SCHUFA ruling in 2023). Our AI JAI is compliant by design: it scores and explains, the officer decides. And it runs on our own servers in France, not at OpenAI.
