What is JobAffinity 2?
JobAffinity 2 is the new version of the JobAffinity ATS, published by Intuition Software. We put JAI at the heart of the product: a recruitment AI that is central, sovereign and under your control.
- Central: JAI relies on the features and data of the ATS. You use it as you work, inside JobAffinity.
- Sovereign: we host JAI in France, with Scaleway, in HDS-certified datacenters. Your data stays outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act.
- Under your control: JAI suggests, and you decide. You define what matters, JAI applies it, and you read why.
You spend less time on repetitive tasks, and more time with your candidates and your managers.

What do JAI's seven features bring you?
JAI brings seven features into the ATS, each one serving a step of your hiring process.

How does JobAffinity 2 save you time every day?
With the resume on hover, you save about a week of work per year (estimate: 5.5 seconds × 100 resumes × 220 days). We redesigned the whole interface around the small tasks you repeat every day.

Every JobAffinity 2 plan includes unlimited users. You open the ATS to all your recruiters and all your managers, at the same price. Pricing is on quote, all inclusive: a single entry for nearly 200 job boards, the resume database, all seven JAI features, reporting and support based in France.
